Project Overview:
Kessinger/Hunter has developed a new 823,745 SF warehouse in the I-35 Logistics Park at 155th & Old 56 Highway in Olathe, Kansas. The company plans to build 3 buildings all together at the 200-acre I-35 Logistics Park.

Currently, “Building B,” the multi-tenant distribution facility will be the largest building ever built on a speculative basis in Kansas City. The site is 1.5 miles from the city’s new 159th & Lone Elm interchange and seven miles from the new 1,000-acre Burlington Northern Intermodal Center in Edgerton.
