Project Overview:

This historic federal style building is a classic example of brick and limestone architecture. The client wanted to restore this building’s exterior skin to its original glory. By tuck pointing the masonry, installing a new roofing system and using energy efficient window systems we were able to upgrade this grand old building for the client. A.D.A. updates included an elevator and accessible restrooms.
