Project Overview:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)

relocated to 9221 Ward Parkway from the Crown Center area.

The project consisted of Tenant Improvements on two floors, connecting them with a new internal stairway.  The highly secured spaces within the building provided a unique opportunity to work with FEMA’s staff to develop part of our region’s defense system.

The General Services Administration was the main contracting agency that motivated the construction contracting.
