Project Overview:

Merit was awarded a Lump Sum Contract to build this new national account chain from a select bid list for a local developer. This particular site required extensive site demolition and the salvation of a historic register building tower. Because of existing site conditions Merit provided subsurface exploration and soil treatment to satisfy the new building loads. This site also required the construction of a new bus stop incorporated into the perimeter masonry and wrought iron fencing. Other features included a drive through pharmacy pick up, slate concrete tiles, all masonry veneer and the interior store finishes.
